Managing Image Library In Kixxl
Within Kixxl on Shopify, the Library is your central storage space for all images, designs, and assets. It makes sure that your artwork is organized, reusable, and easily accessible — both for you and for your customers during the order process.
How to Access and Manage Image Library?
Ensure your login and the Kixxl Installation to the Shopify store.
1. Access the Library
Navigate to the Kixxl on the right side menu bar and select “Library”.
2. Add New Category
To add a new category, click the “+ Add Category” button.
3. Create a Name for Category
Create a “Name” for the category accordingly.
4. Add Images to the Category
- Navigate to the upper right corner and click “Add images”.
- Select a category into which you want to add images.
- Click the “Add images” button and upload the images. (You can upload 50 images at a time.)
- Select the status of the Images: Active or Inactive
- Add Tags. (Adding tags helps you search the uploaded images easily. You can add new tags or choose the existing ones.)
- Click Save.
5. Edit the Images
Select the image you want to edit. While editing, you can change the image status, edit tags, and delete the image.

Image upload fails?
Resize file under max allowed size, retry or check internet connection.
Image doesn’t appear in image library?
Refresh, clear cache, or re-log in.
