How to View Your Artwork on Mockups?
Kixxl allows users to preview their uploaded artwork on different products before generating the final gang sheet. This feature helps users visualize how their design will appear on real products before sending it for printing.
After uploading an image to the Kixxl AI Builder, A View on Mockups link is displayed on image’s Properties Panel along with other details such as Width, Height, and Quantity. Clicking this link opens the Mockup Preview window.
[ Note: Mockup availability is controlled through product-based permissions. Admins can enable or disable this feature while configuring the Kixxl products]
What the Mockup Preview Does:
- Mockup Preview shows the uploaded artwork on different products: T-shirt, Sweatshirt, and Cap.
- Each mockup shows the approximate print size and placement based on standard print areas for that product.
- You can preview different product colors using the color swatches. (This only changes the mockup preview, it doesn’t affect the original artwork or gang sheet).
- You can download the mockup image also.
The Mockup Preview Helps Users by:
- Visualize how the design will look on different products before printing.
- Verify the artwork’s size and placement on each product.
- Preview the design on different garment colors.
- Make informed design decisions before generating the final gang sheet.
