By managing orders directly through Kixxl, you eliminate the need for back-and-forth file chasing or manual adjustments in design software. The system ensures all your customer uploads are organized, editable, and production-ready, helping you save time and reduce cost.

Ensure your login and the Kixxl Installation to the Shopify store.

1. Overview of Order Details

Each order shows:

  • Order Number: shows your Shopify order number

  • Date & time: shows when the order was placed.

  • Customer name: shows the name of the customer

  • Price: indicates the price of the ordered product before any discount

  • Order type: either order would be a sticker sheet, rolling canvas, or regular, etc

  • Financial Status: shows whether the order is paid / unpaid

  • Quantity of Sheets: shows number of sheets utilized in printing

  • Sheet Generation Status: it indicates the progress and current state of a customer’s gang sheet file.

Either it is generated, pending, processing, or failed (there was an error during sheet creation, and the process needs to be retried).

  • Has Low DPI: DPI (Dots Per Inch) measures image quality. “Has Low DPI” means that the artwork or design file uploaded for an order has a low resolution (dots per inch).

So, if an order indicates “YES” on “has low DPI”, it’s a warning that the design may not print with good quality on the gang sheet — it could appear fuzzy, grainy, or less detailed.

Likewise, if an order indicates “NO” on “Has low DPI”, it means that the design is sharp & clear and will print in high quality.

  • Job Status: The job status tells you the current stage of an order in the production workflow. It helps track where a customer’s order stands—either ready for print, printed, or ready for pickup.

(Admin can change Job Status accordingly. i.e, if an order is printed, the admin should change the status to printed. )

  • Queued for Printing → The order has been received and is in line, waiting to be sent to the printer.

  • Ready for Print → The order file has been processed/prepared and is now ready to be printed.

  • Printed → The order has already been printed successfully.

  • Ready for Pickup → The order is complete and packaged, ready for the customer to collect.

  • Delivery Method: The delivery method tells you how the completed order will be handed over to the customer. Standard” delivery method is the default shipping option chosen by the customer at checkout.

(Standard Delivery is typically a regular shipping service with normal delivery times (not express, same-day, or pickup).
